I am Karin Zurbrügg, a Trauma Geek, Coach, Spaceholder and Energy Harmoniser!
I survived severe child and adult trauma.
Thanks to therapy, somatic coaching, trauma work, plus lots of drumming and intuitive singing, I have undergone a deep healing process.
When I first discovered drumming, it felt like a huge part of my soul came home. I deepened my practice and studies in shamanism over the years. In 2020, I faced one of the most difficult periods in my life. EMDR, my kids, friends, basic self care self love and being in the present moment got me through.
One of the biggest solace was, to practice drumming and intuitive sound daily, sometimes several times. I discovered even more just how healing this was, how the drumming, voice and movement is an incrediable tool for transforming trauma.
Despite the intense post traumatic response I was going through, I experienced absolute peace, joy and love, a deep connection to my soul, the spirit world and the universe.
My intuition and telephatic abilities were heightened. I offered more and more Vibrational Healings, the feedback was amazing. I realised, that I had to share this and a few months later, my new business and website were born.
Recently, another soul calling became clear: to empower and guide women back to their self-worth, pleasure and restore the nervous system, after they suffered abuse and or trauma.
My coaching combines all of my tools, 15 years of trauma healing, many years of practicing and teaching yoga, ways to regulate your nervous system and energy, connection to your Yoni’s life energy, loving yourself & shamanic healing!
The later helping to release stored trauma and embody the gained understanding of patterns, thus transforming.
I believe my loving presence is one of my biggest qualities and that the vibration of my drum, voice, combined with the energy of my heart, is a direct pathway to your soul.
